![]() Chief Instructional Designer. Paul Plamondon is an instructional designer and a certified professional coach. He believes in creating educational events that create positive and engaging experiences for the learners. His mission is to transform the way learning is designed and experienced.
Paul first discovered his love and natural inclination for instructional design in the early '90s when he was a corporate trainer for a bank in Los Angeles. In 1999, Paul decided to deepen his passion for instructional design by enrolling in a masters program in Education (focusing on instructional design and adult learning) through Capella University, which he completed in 2002. In 2001, Paul left his corporate training job and founded Custom Training Design. Over the years, he and his team of designers have worked on a wide range of projects and with an array of clients. ![]() Instructional Design Consultant. Jana Jopson is a writer and instructional designer who combines ingenuity and professional know-how to build bridges between experts and their audiences. A life-long advocate for the learner, she uses the patterns inherent in different subject matter to organize and sequence the information, design meaningful interactions between the reader and the content, create easy to use layouts, and infuse the delivered materials with vitality.
While completing a master's degree in counseling at Florida State University, Jana also pursued independent studies under the guidance of some of the country's top instructional design educators, a foray that set her career path. Having worked with over a dozen Fortune 500 companies as well as savvy entrepreneurs, she is dedicated to the difference quality design can make to any training endeavor. As part of her ongoing professional development, Jana recently completed a certification program in life skills coaching. Charlotte Guilmenot, MS
Instructional Design Consultant. Charlotte Guilmenot is an accomplished instructional designer committed to developing learning experiences that are relevant, engaging, and results based. As an educator, she understands the needs of the adult learner and is careful to ensure that learning mechanisms reflect those needs. As a practitioner of organizational effectiveness, she understands that training interventions must align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Charlotte has been a manager of an instructional design team in a large corporate setting, has worked as an instructional design consultant for a number of fortune 500 companies, and specializes in working with corporate clients. She holds an MS in educational counseling. |
