How to complete the survey:
There are two different types of questions: skill questions and short-answer questions.
For EACH of the skill questions you will use a 0-to-12 scale to indicate how you perceive the following three elements:
Recommendation 1: Start with assessing your ABILITY for allof the questions, then go back to the top and assess your CHALLENGE for all of the questions, followed by IMPORTANCE.
Recommendation 2: Some of the activities includes a more in-depth description. Hover your mouse over each activity to reveal additional descriptions.

- Level of Ability. Ask yourself this question:
On a scale of 0 to 12, to what extent do I already possess the knowledge, skills, experience, and physical resources to engage in this activity?
0 = No ability whatsoever
12 = Complete mastery - Level of Challenge. Ask yourself this question:
On a scale of 0 to 12, to what extent do I feel this activity would be difficult for me to engage in?
0 = Effortless
12 = Impossible - Level of Importance. Ask yourself this question:
On a scale of 0 to 12, how important is it for me to perform this activity?
0 = Insignificant
12 = Critical
