We've been designing workshops for many years and we want to design your next one. Think of us as the architect and the builder of your workshop. Or, if you already have a workshop and you need it to be redesigned, we can help you "remodel" it.
We work closely with you to determine what you want and need, and give you plenty of opportunities to give input and to review what we are creating for you. We want it to work for you and your audience, so we take a collaborative approach to make sure you're happy with the end product.
One of the unique features of Custom Training Design is that YOU own the copyright to the end product. There are no licensing fees to use the materials - they will simply be yours.
The cost will depend on the project, its scope, how urgent it is, what type of subject-matter expertise is needed, and so on. We will assess the scope and requirements of your project, and provide you with a proposal that outlines the project's design process and the cost.

It takes years of experience and education to develop instructional design skills. By hiring Custom Training Design to mentor you through the process of designing your own workshop, you leverage our years of experience and education without having to put in the blood, sweat, and tears yourself. We save you time, money, and frustration.
Our mentoring service is available by telephone on a pre-paid basis. We can leverage web technology to ensure engaging and effective telephone sessions, almost like we are sitting next to each other.
The fee structure is:
Most clients who are developing a workshop of 2 hours or less can usually be accommodated with the 4-hour block. Larger projects may require more time, but the amount of time you need will depend on your experience designing workshops and where you are in the process.
Also, you can use your mentoring hours however you'd like - for hands-on mentoring, to have us evaluate your materials or workshop, or to do some of the development work for you.

- OR pre-pay a block of 4 hours for $549. (9% disc.)
- OR pre-pay a block of 8 hours for $999. (17% disc.)
