Who is Paul Plamondon?

I have my Masters Degree in Adult Education and I have been a full-time professional instructional designer (that's someone who creates educational events and participant materials) for over eleven years. I am also a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC).I have directed my own instructional design and human development business - now known as Freemondon, LLC - since 2001.

More important than my academic and professional qualifications, I am passionate about helping coaches, consultants, and companies overcome the challenges of designing educational materials and engaging courses for their clients, employees, and prospects.
